FY 2024-2026 DBE Goal Development Consultation
The City of Corvallis, owner of Corvallis Municipal Airport is establishing a new overall goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in its Federally funded Capital Improvement Projects scheduled in federal fiscal years (FY) 2024-2026. This includes consultation with general contractor groups, community organizations, and other officials or organizations which could be expected to have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for DBEs, and assist the Airport’s efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs.
Below is a list of the anticipated contracts that will receive federal support over the next 3 years:
Contracts Fiscal Year #1 (2024)
- Hangar Taxilanes – Environmental and Predesign
Contracts Fiscal Year #2 (2025)
- Hangar Taxilanes and Taxiway A and B Seal Coat - Design
Contracts Fiscal Year #3 (2026)
- Hangar Taxilanes and Taxiway A and B Seal Coat - Construction
Airfield projects include civil, electrical, and building construction and may include asphalt, concrete, lighting, earthwork, trucking, airport/utility electrical, pavement markings, security, traffic/gate control, fencing, buildings, and engineering.
An in-person meeting is scheduled for Thursday April 25, 2024, at 1:00 PM to review the goal setting process and solicit input from interested parties. The meeting will be held at:

All interested parties are welcome. Bidders on projects are encouraged to seek out and use small businesses in their project work.
